68. Weight Loss and Hard Work

Change is hard work but not changing is even harder. Losing weight is hard but carrying around extra mental and physical weight is harder. 

In this week’s episode, we’re talking all about the value of hard work and how it relates to weight loss. Weight loss takes isn’t all about counting calories and or steps. The hard work that weight loss requires is about digging deep within ourselves and learning to manage our brains.
