Day 1 — March 30 Your Body Is Not Sabotaging You When you are stressed your brain pulls you straight toward food. Not because you are weak. Because it is doing exactly what it was designed to do. On Day 1 you will finally understand why. And learn how to give your body what it actually needs instead.
Day 2 — March 31 Why You Keep Doing the Thing You Said You Would Not Every morning you make a plan. Every evening the plan falls apart. That is not a willpower problem. That is your survival brain overriding your thinking brain when you are tired, stressed, or emotionally spent. On Day 2 you will see exactly how that happens and what to do about it.
Day 3 — April 1 Why Being Hard on Yourself Makes It Worse Every time you shame yourself for eating something you said you would not, your body registers that as a threat and reaches straight back for food to cope. It is a cycle nobody ever points out. On Day 3 you will learn how to interrupt it before it starts.
Day 4 — April 2 What To Do In the Moment This is the most practical day of all four. You will leave with specific tools for the moments that always trip you up. End of day stress eating, boredom, social pressure, slips, and the high risk moments you can already predict are coming.
